Mean IOP: COMBIGAN® ophthalmic solution and Cosopt® (worse eye)

Mean IOP: COMBIGAN® and Cosopt® (worse eye)

Pooled data from the 10 sites of 2 investigator-masked, randomized, 3-month, parallel-comparison studies with identical protocols (N = 180). Patients, in the opinion of the investigator, needed additional IOP lowering or would benefit from combination therapy. The arm of the study presented here concerns the subgroup of patients receiving non-PGA ocular hypotensive agents. After completing a washout of no longer than 4 weeks prior to entering the study, patients were randomized to receive either COMBIGAN® BID or Cosopt® BID as monotherapy. Measurements were taken at baseline and approximately 2 hours after the morning administration at months 1 and 3.
